What we collect

  • Numbers and text you type into the tools: processed only in your browser. They are not sent to us or anyone else.
  • Saved designs and your license key: kept in your browser's local storage on your device. We never receive them unless you activate a purchase, when our server checks the Stripe payment and returns your key.
  • Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data every web request carries (IP address, browser, page requested) to deliver and protect the site. We don't use it to identify you.
  • Purchases: payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment and billing details under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive the order record (name, email, amount, country) to deliver what you bought and to keep accounting records (legal obligation; contract).
  • Analytics: none. This site loads no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies.

Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)

Delivering the site and preventing abuse: legitimate interests. Selling and delivering paid products: contract. Tax and accounting records: legal obligation.

Sharing and transfers

We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal. Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting) and Stripe (payments). Where data leaves the UK or EU, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years). Server logs: kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU, California and other US states, Canada, Australia), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its use, or port it. Ask through valcenra.com/contact; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). We make no automated decisions about you.
